### Job Description

WestRock is seeking a dedicated and driven Client Relations Representative to join our team in a part-time capacity, working from the comfort of your home. This role is pivotal to the ongoing success of our customer engagement strategies and requires a proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring our services align with our clients' needs.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Client Interaction:** Maintain regular and effective communication with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates.
- **Relationship Management:** Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and anticipating future requirements.
- **Account Growth:** Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to enhance client satisfaction and drive company revenue.
- **Negotiation:** Facilitate contract negotiations and discussions with existing clients to maximize value for both parties while ensuring company policies are adhered to.
- **Leadership Support:** Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure client needs are met and to support the overall client experience.
- **Reporting and Analytics:** Monitor client performance metrics and maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system to provide strategic insights and improve service delivery.
- **Issue Resolution:** Act as the first point of contact for any client issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills to address concerns efficiently and effectively.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather feedback from clients to help improve products and services and share insights with relevant teams.
- **Training and Onboarding:** Assist in training new clients on products and services to ensure a smooth transition and optimal utilization of our offerings.

### Requirements

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or account management roles.
- **Personality Traits:** A dedicated and driven professional who is committed to excellence in all interactions.
- **Soft Skills:**
- **Negotiation Skills:** Proven ability to negotiate favorable outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships.
- **Leadership Skills:** Ability to take initiative and lead discussions with clients and cross-functional teams.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- **Self-Motivation:** Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
