Client Relations Representative - Work From Home

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Representative at Fluor, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience.

Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other electronic means to address their inquiries and concerns.
2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients.
3. Develop and maintain a good understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate with clients.
4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to clients to increase revenue.
5. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
6. Provide feedback to the management team on client needs and preferences.
7. Assist in resolving any client disputes or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
1. Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
2. Confidence in dealing with a variety of clients and situations.
3. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
4. Effective planning and organization skills.
5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
