Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

ANZ Stadium in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory is seeking a dedicated Client Relations Officer to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is looking to grow their career in client relations.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services- Monitor client satisfaction through surveys and feedback, and make recommendations for improvements- Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements:- Resilient personality with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients- Strong persuasion skills and the ability to influence others effectively- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
