The Client Relations Officer (Administration) will be responsible for supporting our Tenancy and Housing Options teams as well as front counter support. You will be responsible for back up support for receptionist/front desk duties, banking, taking rent payments, answering calls and queries as well as a broad range of administrative responsibilities to support the team. The role is responsible for providing an excellent level of customer service to applicants and tenants and a range of support to the team. The role is an opportunity for an enthusiastic, honest person with excellent communication skills and a passion to exceed client expectations.
This role will be 12 month fixed-term position based in Tamworth.
