Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Relations Manager to join our team at Charles Schwab in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement client relations strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention.2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.3. Provide clients with information about our products and services, and recommend solutions that meet their financial goals.4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery to clients.5. Monitor client feedback and make suggestions for improvements to enhance the client experience.6. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions for reporting purposes.7. Assist in resolving any client complaints or issues that may arise.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field.2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.3. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.5. Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients.6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
