Client Relations Assistant - Work From Home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Relations Assistant to join our team at Dick's Sporting Goods. This is a part-time position that can be done from the comfort of your own home in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Manage client inquiries and concerns through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service- Assist with order processing, tracking, and resolving any issues that may arise- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner- Analyze client feedback and make recommendations for improvements to enhance the overall client experience- Provide administrative support as needed by maintaining client records and updating databases

Requirements:- Energetic and independent personality traits to effectively work from home- Strong adaptability and cooperation skills to excel in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Prior experience in client relations or customer service preferred- High school diploma or equivalent required
