We are looking for a Client Project Director to join us and play a key role in overseeing, managing, producing and executing client integrated advertising campaigns that involve films, photoshoots, content, talent and events.In this role, you will work cross-functionally with producers, designers, strategists, freelancers, editorial, event managers and partnerships to ensure seamless execution of campaigns as promised.You will be the key point of client contact post-sale and responsible for delivering exceptional service through the smooth, accurate, and timely delivery of campaigns from start to finish.This is a fun and rewarding role that will give you the chance to work on award-winning client activations with a team that's passionate about their work and creates a positive work environment.Responsibilities Plan out, manage and produce integrated campaigns and production end to end. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external teams to develop effective timelines and SLA schedules. Prioritise executional actions and manage bottlenecks to ensure deadlines are met. Communicate project status across both internal and external teams; production, events etc. Provide exceptional relationship management to clients and partners. Develop and maintain professional relationships with all The Brag Media departments, clients and suppliers. Identify and resolve campaign issues and consider the interests of all stakeholders involved. Be solutions focused and proactively manage stakeholder expectations and needs. Ensure client campaign objectives are delivered, outputs of highest quality and client satisfaction is maintained.Qualifications Must have 6 years+ of experience in the advertising or media industry working at a media agency, publisher or creative agency. Strong understanding of the media and production operational process. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on managing micro tasks to meet deadlines. Ability to handle a sporadic workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
