We are seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Partner based in Melbourne.
The Client Partner will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with key advertising clients and agencies.As a Client Partner, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver innovative advertising solutions that meet the needs of our clients while maximising revenue opportunities for Spotify.What You'll DoOwn and be accountable for quarterly + yearly revenue goals, pipeline management and growth goals for a vertical within our sales team Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our key media agencies, allowing us to better understand their businesses and position Spotify as an invaluable partner in overcoming their strategic challengesWork across multiple agency departments, buying, strategy, comms planning, audio, digital, programmatic, branded content, and innovation teams to deliver successful campaignsUnderstand clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to build strategic advertising responses that align with client goals and objectivesFocus on consultative brand selling, creating bespoke response to briefs while educating and inspiring our clients to use Spotify to deliver on business objectivesSell audio, video, display advertising and other integrated digital ad solutions Deliver best in class sales and operational customer serviceMaintain a high volume of in-person client engagement with brands and agencies hitting weekly KPI's Represent Spotify at events and serve as a brand ambassador, presenting our core narratives and reinforcing the strong position Spotify holds in the marketplaceWho You AreA minimum of 6+ years experience in advertising sales, business development or client facing roles within the digital media industryYou have a deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystem, especially programmatic, audio, display & video advertisingProven track record in the Australian market of successfully managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and exceeding sales targetsExperience with programmatic advertising platforms (DSPs &SSPs) You hold strong relationships across the digital and programmatic community and are able to raise the profile of Spotify amongst key programmatic teamStrong negotiation skills and the ability to present effectively and close the dealYou have dexterity in creating reports and presentations using Google Slides/ Sheets & proficient Salesforce experienceHighly organised, collaborative team player who adapts well to changeYou are self motivated, have a positive attitude with a can do mindsetAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWhere You'll BeThis position will be based in Melbourne, Australia.
