Responsible for building strong client-based relationships to provide high level, client-focused service, advice, support and coaching to managers (including senior managers) and employees in the management of a broad range of strategic workforce management, recruitment and employment and employee relations matters.
Period of Appointment 12 months.
Duties Responsible for building strong client-based relationships to provide high level, client-focused service, advice, support and coaching to managers (including senior managers) and employees in the management of a broad range of strategic workforce management, recruitment and employment and employee relations matters.
As a Client Partner you will support managers in making good people decisions across the employee lifecycles including driving a positive workplace culture and influencing employee relations and workforce behaviours and expectations.
