Therefore, we need people who can design superior customer experiences based on a deeper understanding of people and the role that media plays in their lives. Our Account Managers will think holistically across all paid, owned and earned channels. They will draw on expertise within the specialist business units to bring the media plan to life and quantify its relevance. The Account Manager will need to work closely and collaboratively with all areas of OMD including, Digital specialists, Investment, Strategy and all the specialist business units (Activations, Annalect, FUSE, Transact, TRKKN).
