Formed in 1984, HIAIS is a joint venture between two leaders in their respective industries, Aon and the Housing Industry Association (HIA).Client Manager | HIAISThe Client Manager is responsible for providing best in class service for a key portfolio of HIAIS clients and will work closely with their team members to implement strategies which focus on growth and retention of the team portfolio.This Client Manager is considered a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions in this segment and will work closely with leadership to drive positive results in the region.What the day will look likeLead a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on providing best in class, expert advice as a specialist in residential constructionBuilding strong relationships with clients, as well as internal and external stakeholders to enhance the client experienceIdentify development opportunities for designated portfolio and design appropriate servicing solutions including, but not limited to, additional insurance products and risk management strategies to support and protect client's businessesManaging and overseeing Builders Indemnity Insurance reviews, liaising with appropriate stakeholders as required to obtain best possible outcomes for clients and their business requirementsDevelop new and profitable business within HIAIS South Australian and Northern Territory regionsContribute to the strategic direction of the HIAIS business in South Australia, Northern Territory and NationallySkills and experience that will lead to successThis opportunity would suit someone with a solid foundation and knowledge in general insurance, with a passion for risk management and client support.To be successful you will have:Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationshipsOutstanding communication and presentation skillsA self-motivated individual with a proven track record in driving new business growthStrong technical understanding of Commercial Insurance productsExpertise in growing and leveraging professional networksEffective organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage and prioritise different aspects of the role with focused attentionA strong passion for continuous learning and a curious mindset, with the ability to think creatively to deliver exceptional results for both clients and the HIAIS businessHow to apply:Please submit your up-to-date Resume by clicking on the APPLY NOW option.To learn more about Aon please visit our careers site: www.aoncareers.com.au#J-18808-Ljbffr
