Warrikal is looking to add talent to our leadership team in the form of a Client Manager . Reporting to the General Manager – Maintenance & Shutdowns, this critical role holds accountability for the holistic management and execution of works for one of our prized clients. This role is based in our West Perth office with regular time across multiple sites in the Pilbara.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will focus on the following key deliverables:

Lead a large operational workforce across multiple locations Ensure that the Warrikal safe systems of work are in place and effective Take accountability for the P&L performance of the contract Be the primary contact between Warrikal and multiple client representatives Ensure compliance with contract conditions and KPI's Actively grow Warrikal revenue through the identification of emergent opportunities Develop and maintain strong client-focused relationships with multiple key stakeholders Identify opportunities for continuous improvement with a focus on safety, performance and productivity ABOUT YOU
A senior leader with excellent operational and communication skills. You will also ideally have:

Deep experience and understanding of infrastructure maintenance Previous experience in a similar role leading large scale maintenance teams Strong knowledge and understanding of the resource sector Formal trade and/or tertiary qualifications within a related field Adaptable leadership style to accommodate a diverse workforce A client centric focus and proven ability to manage many stakeholders Strong financial literacy WARRIKAL VALUES
