We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.
The Client Manager is responsible for proving best in class service for a key portfolio of diverse commercial clients and will work closely with their team members to implement strategies which focus on growth and retention of the team portfolio. This strategic role is considered a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions in this segment and will work closely with regional leadership to drive positive results in the region.

What the day will look like Key responsibilities will include:
Lead a diverse portfolio of clients across the general insurance spaceManage key stakeholder relationships and enhance the client experienceIdentify development opportunities for designated portfolio and design appropriate servicing solutionsDevelop new and profitable business within the Commercial segmentContribute to the strategic direction of the Commercial businessAchieve renewal and new business budgetMentorship and development of team members within the regionSkills and experience that will lead to success This position will suit a someone with the following experience:
