You will be joining a high performing team with excellent growth opportunities Position will suit someone who is results driven Client Manager - Darwin We are seeking a Client Manager to join our National Team, which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for clients.
We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.
The Client Manager is responsible for proving best in class service for a key portfolio of diverse National clients and will work closely with their team members to implement strategies which focus on growth and retention of the team portfolio.
This Client Manager Role is considered a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions in this segment and will work closely with leadership to drive positive results in the region.

What the day will look like Lead a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries Building relationships and enhancing the client experience Identify development opportunities for designated portfolio and design appropriate servicing solutions Develop new and profitable business within the National segment Contribute to the strategic direction of the National business Achieve renewal and new business budget Mentorship and development of team members within the region Skills and experience that will lead to success This position will suit a someone with the following experience: Exceptional client relationship management capabilities Interest in insurance and risk management for clients First-class communication and presentation skills A keen entrepreneurial spirit, with demonstrated new business successes Strong technical understanding of a broad range of Commercial Insurance products Ability to build leverage existing networks and develop new networks Organisational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
