In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in nurturing strong relationships with our clients and caregivers, ensuring that our services are of the highest quality. Key Responsibilities:

Client Care and Quality Management: Ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to our clients, aligning with Home Care Standards and our internal Quality Management System (QMS).
Team Leadership and Development: Lead, support, and mentor a small team of Client Coordinators, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
Service Excellence: Innovate and implement care processes that meet industry and legal standards, ensuring our clients receive the best possible care.
Client Relations: Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families, responding to their needs with compassion and efficiency.
Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of your team and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional care.

About You:

Compassionate Leader: You have a genuine passion for aged care and a proven ability to lead and inspire a team dedicated to client well-being.
Client-Focused: You excel in building strong relationships and have a keen understanding of client needs and how to meet them.
Quality-Driven: You have experience ensuring compliance with care standards and are committed to maintaining the highest levels of service.
Effective Communicator: You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to connect with clients, caregivers, and your team effectively.
Relevant Experience: A minimum Diploma in Community Services, along with experience in client care and team management, is essential.
