Location: TADWA, 3 Parade Rd, South Bunbury

About the Role: In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and their supporters, guiding them through the CHSP and Home Care Package or NDIS processes. Your focus will be on ensuring that clients feel heard and supported throughout their journey with TADWA.
You will collaborate with various business units, including Occupational Therapy, Technology and Computer Services, Home Modifications, and Recreation & Mobility , to ensure that client needs are met effectively. Your commitment to prioritising the client experience will be essential in facilitating communication and service delivery across teams.
Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Establish initial contact and build trust with clients, ensuring they feel valued and informed throughout their journey. Interdepartmental Coordination: Work with teams across TADWA to ensure a seamless experience for clients, advocating for their needs within each department. Communication: Keep clients and their supporters updated on job progress and respond promptly to inquiries. Problem Resolution: Address initial complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring clients feel supported. Record Management: Maintain accurate client records and coordinate services through platforms like My Aged Care. Reception: Meet and greet customers, answer phones, respond to emails. Scheduling: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to plan and schedule work for accepted jobs. What You'll Bring: Knowledge of Aged Care and the NDIS: Familiarity with CHSP and Home Care Packages and NDIS is an advantage. Customer Service Skills: A strong focus on providing excellent service to clients and their supporters. Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey information and updates to clients and colleagues. Team Collaboration: Experience working within a team environment, supporting and communicating effectively across departments. Organisational Skills: The ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Bonus Qualifications: Experience with WorkflowMax or similar CRM software. Proficiency in Google Suite products (e.g., Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets). Prior experience in the aged care or disability sector. Why Work With Us?
