We take that information, their build budget, covenant requirements, personal needs, and wish lists and discuss these with our panel of builders. Then we present to our clients the tailor-made packages, just for them. We assist our clients throughout the entire process, from design, inclusions, colour selection, contract and approvals, then to handing over the keys at completion.With land being a premium, we are also able to help here, having many connections in the industry along with a growing number of developers using us to sell their land.We are looking for an amazing person to join us to assist our Brokers with looking after their clients throughout their build. You will be the main point of contact for clients and third parties.Our business offers a vibrant, fun, and friendly team environment with views overlooking the lake in Kawana.This is a full-time role; however, we will entertain part-time hours for the right applicant.Qualifications & Experience:A high level of written and oral communicationExceptional organisational and time management skillsBanking or building background would be advantageousHigh competency in computer skillsExcellent attention to detailAbility to work unsupervised alongside a teamAbility to take directions and ask probing questionsTasks & Responsibilities:We are looking for someone to fit into our dynamic and amazing team as a Client Advocate, looking after our clients during their build. We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and passionate team player who will be ready to take the role head-on.Someone who can follow the process AND think outside the square to get the best outcome for our clients is an essential quality you will need.You will need to quickly pick up on how to read plans, inclusions, colour selections, tile layouts, pricing, council approvals, and variations for a panel of builders, not just one.You will liaise with our clients, respond to them in a timely and professional manner, keep them updated, and ensure milestones are met.An understanding of construction, residential building, or a banking background would be an advantage as you will be updating, advising, and fielding questions from clients and builders.Continuously recording notes in databases to ensure all communication is noted.This role is suitable for a strong, detail-oriented, and organised individual who can multitask and excels at client service.Please include a cover letter addressed to me outlining why you would be the perfect person for this role.
