The Role Join the Kieser Collins Street team as a Client Advisor, a role committed to welcoming our clients with enthusiasm and care. Responsibilities include:
Coordinating client appointments and managing a busy electronic clinic diaryPromoting Kieser's products and servicesConducting membership consultsProviding administrative support to the leadership and clinical teamAnswering questions and resolving problems for clients and team membersConsistently deliver high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standardsIdeal candidates thrive in a client-facing environment, exude positivity, and consistently deliver exceptional experiences. Attention to detail and superior computer and IT skills are beneficial.

Note: This is a part-time role (up to 24 hours per week). Candidates must have availability for shifts Monday - Friday between 7.30am-7pm Qualifications & Certifications Required:
