Proven ability to deliver results in a sales-driven and highly measured environment, with a strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs). As part of the Michael Hill team, we will invest in your career development and provide access to unlimited career opportunities. We are seeking individuals who wish to further their career in the luxury retail industry. Showcase a commitment to personalised luxury service, excelling in surpassing client expectations and cultivating long-lasting relationships tailored to each individual's needs. Contribute to enhancing team performance and cultivate a motivated culture within the store. You will lead by example by acting as a role model to inspire fellow team members. Proficiency in Chinese language (Mandarin or Cantonese) is highly desirable, as it allows you to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base and enhance their shopping experience.
Working the below roster, you will be enthusiastic and eager to showcase and sell the Michael Hill story through our beautifully crafted product. We are open to considering candidates who are seeking Permanent Part-Time (31 hours) or Permanent Full Time (38 hours) employment. Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday-Sunday
