Where you'll be workingThe role is based in Seaforth on Sydney's Northern Beaches working at the Dalwood Community Child & Family Health Centre.What You'll Be DoingThe position works collaboratively as part of, and coordinates the small local clerical team, to provide and ensure the following customer-focussed administration services are provided for the Child Youth and Family Community Health services:telephone and in-person reception - acting as the first point of contact for clients and managers including prescription requests,timely referral acknowledgment, client registration and electronic medical record keeping.clinical documentation word-processing, transcription and scanning.incoming and outgoing correspondence management including centre emails, referrals, assessment reports, and transfer/discharge from care.coordinating and overseeing administration processes that optimise work accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness.Medicare billing, supply procurement, client payment processing and banking.centre coordination including maintenance requisitions, room bookings, equipment maintenance, monitoring cleaning standards, coordinating monthly workplace hazard inspection roster and escalating issues to relevant managers.clerical and administrative support for various meetings.The position coordinates the small administration team ensuring that staff of oriented, well supported, rostered appropriately, encouraged to develop, engage in service improvement initiatives, and perform to high standards.People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following CriteriaDescribe the specific skills and knowledge you have in providing efficient, effective administration services in a busy client-facing work environment.Describe how you would use various Microsoft 365 programs in a senior client administration officer role in a healthcare setting.Please describe comprehensively the characteristics of a professional and customer-focused administration service.
