To break this down further, you will be responsible for: Creating a dynamic and positive customer experience, by listening to the voice of the customer and implementing proactive strategies that enhance their journey with Wild Earth Achieving financial and quality targets for all retail stores Working with the Merchandise manager to ensure product displays and visual merchandising are in line with branding requirements and the company's visual merchandising plan Communicating new product and seasonal drop schedules and planning display requirements Providing support when dealing with difficult customer complaints and being the final escalation point for retail store complaints, ensuring they are handled professionally and to a mutually beneficial outcome Creating and driving a strong team focus by leading, inspiring and embracing your people Providing proactive coaching and feedback to all members of the team as well as the opportunity to work, learn and grow Reducing potential theft and security issues by overseeing shop security and implementing and adjusting security measures as risks are identified.
Qualification & Experience To be successful in this role, you will need: Previous retail, store management and customer service experience - at least 12 months Minimum Diploma qualification or higher Proven success in leading and managing a team To enjoy reporting and analyzing store performance To be committed to ongoing product knowledge development to deliver fantastic customer experiences Confidence in dealing with complex customer issues in the store The ability to lead a sales team Intermediate computer skills A comprehensive understanding of retail and adventure goods To be motivated and resourceful with a passion for what you do A collaborative team approach To be agile, flexible and adaptable A passion for all things outdoors About Company Wild Earth's vision is simple – inspire, equip, and enable people with everything needed for a lightweight outdoor adventure.
