Great Opportunity to collaborate with "Gentlemen Builders" Our client is a seasoned construction management company that designs, builds, and delivers projects such as schools, hotels, fast food chains, shopping centres, retail refurbishments, office fit outs, and petrol station upgrades, with project values ranging from $0.50m to $20m.
Due to an increase in workload from repeat clients, a newly created position has become available for an Intermediate level Contracts Administrator who can assist a team of Project Managers with project delivery.
Located in modern offices in the Sydney Olympic Park area and reporting directly to the NSW Commercial Manager, the ideal candidate will have:
Unrestricted work rights in Australia. Ability to work across multiple project types and values. At least three years' experience in Australia with a Commercial /Industrial / Remedial Builder in a similar capacity. Up-to-date knowledge of cost control systems such as Procure, Cheops, Jobpac, Timberline, Hammertech, etc. Ability to provide alternative solutions to complex building issues. Own transport preferred – lots of free on-site car parking available. Outstanding communication skills as you will be dealing with people at all levels, both internal staff and external stakeholders. Checkable references. This is a great opportunity for an upcoming Contracts Manager / Project Manager looking for exposure to Commercial / Industrial Projects with a reputable builder.
Final salary package / contracting rates will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
