The Opportunity
As our Head of Compliance, you'll be instrumental in shaping our compliance strategy and ensuring we stay ahead of regulatory developments in the rapidly evolving digital asset space.
You'll work closely with our leadership team to build and maintain a robust compliance framework that supports our innovative trading and commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a cutting-edge compliance framework tailored to the unique challenges of the digital asset industry.
Provide strategic guidance on compliance matters to our extended leadership team, with a specific focus on supporting our licensing and regulatory compliance efforts in both Singapore and the BVI.
Stay abreast of global crypto regulations and assess their impact on our business operations.
Create and implement AML/CTF, and consumer protection policies and stay on top of local developments in this space.
Manage relationships with regulatory authorities across multiple jurisdictions.
Implement innovative compliance monitoring and reporting solutions.
Foster a culture of compliance that aligns with our dynamic company ethos.
Explain the rationale for decisions and guidance and in doing so grow our collective understanding of compliance issues.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Extensive experience in compliance leadership roles within the fintech industry (digital asset experience will be highly regarded).
Strong understanding of Singapore's regulatory environment, particularly MAS regulations.
Solid understanding of fintech regulations and an interest in applying this experience to the digital asset ecosystem.
Proven track record in building compliance frameworks for innovative financial organisations.
Exceptional self-motivation, meticulous organisational skills, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation and explain complex compliance concepts in simple terms.
Adaptability and a forward-thinking mindset to keep pace with the rapidly changing digital asset landscape.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage well in the 'grey'.
The versatility to navigate high-level strategy while also diving into hands-on execution with enthusiasm and efficiency.
