Executive Director, In-house Professional Services The Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions (DJSIR) is seeking to appoint an Executive Director, In-house Professional Services to join its team. This role involves providing leadership and authoritative advice to the In-house Professional Services branch; the branch supports evidence-informed decision-making for DJSIR and works in partnership with policy and program delivery areas to deliver departmental priorities, bringing advanced expertise in program evaluation and design, strategic and data analysis, governance, coordination, project management and public policy. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership for the In-house Professional Services branch Lead Priority Projects, Design and Evaluation, and Data and Analytics units in provision of internal consultancy services Position Details: Senior Executive Service Level 2 (SES-2) Fixed Term up to Three (3) Years The successful candidate will be an accomplished leader with an extensive knowledge and understanding of Victorian Government's strategies, frameworks, guidelines, programs and policies. Experience in an equivalent internal-to-government consulting function, or management consulting experience, would also be well regarded.
