Director – Partnership Support Services Salary: Above Award Salary - $153,000 + Super + Salary Packaging + 5 Weeks Annual Leave

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Partnership Support Services (PSS) to lead and manage an innovative social enterprise. The PSS plays a critical role in supporting Aboriginal Controlled Organisations (ACOs) to expand and enhance their role in the delivery of human services across the Northern Territory.
About the Role: As the Director of Partnership Support Services , you will oversee a high-functioning team dedicated to supporting the growth and capacity-building of Aboriginal Controlled Organisations. You will provide tailored, professional services to ensure partners' needs are met, support business development opportunities, and ensure that our partnerships are sustainable and culturally safe.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the PSS team to deliver high-impact support to Aboriginal Controlled Organisations. Develop and implement a business plan, including growth targets, that aligns with the objectives of the PSS initiative. Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with partners, key stakeholders, and internal teams. Drive the promotion and marketing of the PSS, identifying new opportunities for growth and collaboration. Ensure financial sustainability and operational efficiency through sound management practices and performance monitoring. Mentor and lead a diverse team, providing coaching, supervision, and professional development opportunities. About You: A minimum of 5 years' experience in senior management roles within the Community Services Sector, with expertise in business practices, tender writing, and strategic planning. Higher education qualifications in social sciences, business, or a related field. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders. A demonstrated commitment to Aboriginal self-determination, social justice, and culturally safe practices.
