The OpportunityThe Director – Market Development leads the team responsible for identifying new business opportunities spanning OPM partnerships and unbundled services across the APAC higher education sector (including Universities, Private Providers, Membership Bodies, and Corporates). The Director builds trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to create, nurture, and close these opportunities. You will collaborate closely with colleagues to craft, cost, and communicate service proposals and tender submissions. You will oversee contract negotiations and ultimately hand new business over to the delivery team. Performance will be judged by individual and team sales and EBITDA revenue, along with supporting other areas of OES to achieve their goals and performance metrics.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
