The Role
Contract Administrator - As the CA, you will be responsible for managing all the financial outcomes for the project, including:
Procurement of trades Progress claims Close management of variations Cost reporting process You will work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager on design issues and remedies.
Your initial project will be a luxury apartment project in central Brisbane valued at around $70m.

About You
The ideal candidate will come from a Tier 1 or 2 contractor with 5+ years of experience working on similar size projects.
You will be confident operating autonomously as a Contract Administrator and demonstrate the initiative, energy, and integrity to develop your career in a supportive and fun environment.

Remuneration
There is a salary package of up to $200k + Bonus for the right candidate.
