Join this market-leading commercial litigation and restructuring & insolvency team that will see you acting on complex and high-profile matters.
Your new firm This top-tier firm is well-known in the Australian legal industry for their commitment to providing excellent client services whilst supporting and developing their employees organically.
Your New Role Working across the firms' commercial litigation and R&I practices, you will act for top-tier clients on major complex commercial disputes, regulatory investigations as well as contentious insolvency matters.
You can expect to be involved in all aspects of litigation from preparing complex advice, drafting and settling pleadings, complex statements, instructing Counsel in interlocutory and final hearings for contested matters, and play a pivotal part in every aspect of contentious matters including court proceedings.
