Southern Cross Cleaning is a Western Australian owned and operated commercial cleaning company. We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced cleaner to join our growing team as a Cleaning Supervisor.
Southern Cross Cleaning is seeking to hire an experienced commercial cleaner to supervise, train and work with cleaning personnel at multiple locations North of the River, Monday to Friday.
We are looking for candidates who want full-time employment, live in the Northern Suburbs and are available to work a variety of shifts Monday to Friday. There is a requirement for Supervisors to work some mornings, day and evening shifts depending on priorities each week.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide coverage for cleaning shifts as required.
Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Review and update cleaning scopes of work to maintain relevance and compliance.
Ensure the highest standards of commercial cleaning across multiple sites.
Operate cleaning machinery proficiently and safely.
Comply with all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and guidelines.
Take full responsibility and accountability for all assigned tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge and expertise in the Commercial Cleaning Industry.
Strong time management abilities to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
Proven leadership skills in managing and supporting cleaning personnel.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A valid driver's license.
Legal right to work in Australia.
Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work.
Ability to work flexible hours weekdays, mornings, days or evenings.
