Proficient with all Microsoft Office Systems, or possible experience with SAMS is preferred.Driving regular and sustainable continual improvement opportunities, and in liaison with Project Managers ensuring the development of teams in Operational excellence and achievement of all applicable KPIs.The PersonMinimum 2 years experience in cleaning supervisory position(s) is essential.Demonstrable cleaning experience in heavy industrial or remote environments is desirable.Strong and decisive leadership skills with ability to motivate teams.
Ability to be hands-on when required.Experience in delivering on cleaning project deadlines with competing priorities.
