Fully maintained Work Vehicle with fuel card and all tools of trade supplied In this role, you will effectively manage and lead your team to successfully deliver cleaning services for multiple Bunnings Warehouse sites.
Your role will manage cleaning standards via Audit results, achieving contractual service level KPI's, meeting budgets and ensuring adherence to all OH&S compliance requirements.
The primarily location for this role is North West/North Sydney and some metro regions. The role requires a regular visitation program to sites. Your key responsibilities will include: Training and onboarding of new team members in day-to-day operations and OH&S. Liaising and communicating with Bunnings Store Managers and key stakeholders. Escalating issues and concerns to the Cleaning State Manager to maintain safety and avoid downtime. Monitoring uniform, chemical and equipment inventory. Knowledge of cleaning contract management and rostering To be considered for this role: Minimum of 3 years' supervising experience Proven high level of customer service and management skills Demonstrated problem solving, strong analytical and project management skills Proven organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and staff rosters.
