Come be part of something, come join our Waratah family!Qualifications & experience5 + years' experience in the Cleaning industryCurrent unrestricted drivers' licence - must be able to drive confidentlyAbility to produce high-quality workThe ability to encourage team members to work effectively together.Good time management and communication skillsThe ability to adhere to company WH&S policies ensuring a safe and productive workplaceA desire to provide a high-quality commercial cleaning serviceTasks & responsibilitiesWork within the team on various sites across Sydney, usually about 8 sites per day (get in and get out)Travel in work vehicleOrganisation and programming of tasks completed on siteTake pride in producing high-quality workRegularly liaising with the Supervisor and Manager.Ensuring all works are completed in a safe manner.Role is job-based, working with the team to ensure targets are met for each day to ensure a quality service is performed in the right timeframe.Involves working on cleaning common areas such as vacuuming staircases, mopping floors, dusting, and cleaning windows.Competitive wage package (and bonuses) are negotiablePotentially a work vehicle on progression of role
