About the role As a Cleaner, supporting clients in the Ballina and surrounding area, you will be part of our BaptistCare At Home team that provides quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
You may assist with a range of tasks pertaining to household cleaning such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and laundry.
You will also develop genuine connections with your clients and help them live their best possible lives.

You will receive comprehensive orientation and training, partner with a "buddy" out in the field, and have access to ongoing learning and support.
What do we need from you? You will need to be comfortable working on your own in the community, have excellent verbal communication skills, and possess an empathetic, patient, and caring nature.
This role requires you to have a valid driver licence and own a reliable motor vehicle with a minimum Third-Party Property Damage car insurance as you need to travel to our clients' homes.
It is a requirement that you undergo background checks, including a new police check.
