The Learning Communities have been carefully designed to allow for a flexible learning space incorporating a variety of educational modes. Each Learning Community building houses 8 groups of 25 students with a focus on flexible spaces.

RoleThe classroom teacher classification comprises two salary ranges. The primary focus is on planning, preparation, and teaching to achieve specific student outcomes. Classroom teachers may be required to undertake additional duties appropriate to their qualifications and experience.
ResponsibilitiesThe role of classroom teacher may include but is not limited to:
Direct teaching of groups and individual studentsContributing to curriculum development and evaluationParticipating in parent/teacher meetings and staff meetingsUndertaking non-teaching supervisory dutiesWho May ApplyTeachers currently registered or eligible for registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching and qualified to teach in the specified curriculum areas.
