Key Responsibilities: Planning and Teaching: Develop and implement high-impact teaching strategies, guided by how students learn, and evaluate the impact of learning and teaching programs on student growth.Student Monitoring and Assessment: Monitor and assess student learning, using data to inform teaching practice and provide feedback on student growth and achievement.Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and the broader school community to support student learning, agency, wellbeing, and engagement.Professional Learning: Engage in critical reflection and inquiry to improve teaching practices, and continually improve the quality of teaching.Range 2 Classroom Teachers: These teachers play a significant role in contributing to the school's strategic plan and state-wide priorities. They assist in developing and implementing school policies and priorities, and contribute to the development of educational programs.
