We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Business Services Team in a permanent opportunity. Working a hybrid model between home and our Camberwell based office, the successful candidates would be responsible for providing a seamless customer journey. To deliver this customer experience the candidate would manage end to end claims processes including lodgement, adjudication, case management and settlements of Insurance and Warranty claims.

Reporting to the Claims Team Leader you would be responsible for:
Delivering excellent service for all customers and suppliers, by providing timely and accurate response over the phone and via e-mailResolving claims in the most cost effective and time efficient manner, whilst complying to all regulatory requirementsManaging claim enquiries received via inbound / outbound calls and emails.Ability to coordinate administrative duties in between calls and emailsResolving customer complaints and/or objections within delegated authority to ensure best possible outcome for the customer and AssurantWorking effectively in a team environment, collaborating with others and sharing knowledge and skills to achieve team goals and objectives Does this sound like you? Previous Customer Service and/or Call Centre experiencePrevious experience in insurance and warranty (desirable but not essential - we will train you!)Proactive attitude and willingness to learnA pleasant and professional phone mannerGreat team playerAbility to meet service levels and individual KPI'sAbility to prioritise and multi-taskDecision making skills and ability to problem solveSound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite To apply:
