You'll be responsible forProviding superior customer service to motor claimants in a timely mannerManaging the operational processing of motor claims within commercial motor fleet team and ensuring all parties are informed throughout the processManaging a high volume of inbound and outbound callsMaintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders via managing expectations and aiming to provide best possible outcomes for your customersUnderstanding and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues About youExperience in a fast-paced customer service or contact- centre roleInsurance experience would be highly desirableAbility to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
