WE CARE, WE WORK TOGETHER, WE MAKE A DIFFERENCE Claims Officer, Workers Compensation Full time, fixed-term roles available until 30 June 2025 Roles can be based in any of our CMI regional offices (Speers Point, Woonona or Singleton) About the role: Due to the recent implementation of a new system in our Coal Mines Insurance business unit, Coal Services is currently seeking multiple Claims Officers to join the team on a fixed-term basis and support the rollout activities.
As a Claims Officer, your main responsibility will be to process invoices and effectively manage claims-related administration and customer service activities. Full training will be provided; however, individuals with invoicing, payroll, or accounts payable experience would be preferred.
Your main responsibilities will include: Accurate and timely payment of accounts Registration of claims and early notifications Efficient management of customer claims administration, mail, phone enquiries, and file management Ability to meet KPI targets in a timely manner About you: Your education, experience, and skills will include:
