The role and what we are looking for We are looking for a proactive and customer service focused individual to join our established claims team in our brand new CBD office. Previous claims experience is highly desirable. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: · Receiving claim notifications and service enquiries;· Managing a portfolio of assigned claims end to end;· Taking recovery action on appropriate claim files;· Determining liability and communicating outcome; and· Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers.Who are we?
