They are seeking a dedicated Senior Administrator to join the team and support business leaders and executives. As a vital member of the business support function, you will lay a key role in streamlining processes and enhancing company policies to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. The Role: Provide high-level administrative support to business leaders and executives. Streamline processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Develop and implement company policies in collaboration with senior management. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Manage correspondence and communication on behalf of executives. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Assist in budget management and expense tracking. Your Profile: Proven experience as a senior administrator or similar role, preferably in the not-for-profit sector. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
