DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Claims & Inventory First Line Manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements. To succeed in this role, you should have a comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a demonstrative understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

Maintain system integrity, Stock Control, Goods Receipt / Despatch Processes, Reverse Logistics
Ensure customer claims and helpdesk support is managed within SLA agreement and KPI reporting as per the agreed procedures
Ensuring compliance of all customer requirements and engagement with business partners and customers to promote best in class.

Proficient in effective verbal and written communication across all levels.
Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain practices
Computer literate with a practical knowledge of logistics software packages
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to supervise, organise and train direct reports

A recognised qualification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics will be well-received.
