We are looking for a client and team focussed insurance professional with claims management experience to join our Victorian business. This role is based in our East Melbourne office.
About the role Reporting to the Southern Region Manager, you will manage an allocated portfolio of claims for Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania, including: Providing high level client service, Managing client expectations, Meeting internal and external SLAs in place for the management and settlement of claims, Liaising with Underwriters and Brokers to achieve outcomes in a timely manner, Reporting on claims activity and trends. About you Excellent communication, negotiation and time management skills, Tier 1 Broking compliance (ideal, but not essential), Enthusiastic and focussed on delivering outstanding client outcomes, Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, Demonstrated working knowledge of claims management.
