YOUR ROLE  
 
Are you a seasoned claims professional with a background in handling Property claims within the insurance industry? Look no further! We have multiple opportunities for claims consultants to join our Claims Managed teams available nationally on a permanent full-time basis. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of managing property claims, leveraging your exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills to navigate customers through complex claim procedures with empathy, proactivity, and expertise.
You'll oversee the efficient handling of property claims, ensuring fair and accurate outcomes, and keeping customers updated through phone, email, and other channels. Should any issues arise, you will take charge of managing and resolving them, including following our dispute resolution process as necessary.
Strong reasoning skills are essential as you'll be tasked with researching, analysing, and validating information provided by our customers and supplier network to evaluate property insurance claims. Collaboration with suppliers and repairers to ensure timely replacements and repairs is also part of your responsibilities.
You'll be responsible for maintaining clear and concise records of all customer interactions. Proficiency in navigating multiple systems with ease and being tech-savvy are essential skills for this role.
