In this role, you will achieve caseload growth leading to sustainable outcomes for our customers and support the future growth of the business through meaningful partnerships that support the communities in which we serve.Your key tasks and responsibilities:Investigate, understand and keep abreast of current trends in the labour marketPromote services within community to support engagement with Maxima's services e.g. community groups, agencies, employers and registered training organisationsCollaborate and participate in the establishment and delivery of the Local Area Marketing PlansParticipating and facilitating at community information sessions and attending events, expo's and forumsContribute to the development of the Maxima teamThis is a fixed-term, full-time role based at our Port Pirie or Kadina sites with regular travel required throughout the region.
