The purpose of this role is to manage Accident & Health claims end to end, by providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers through proactive claim management.After initial training you will be able to work from home 3 days a week!Process claims within your delegated authority;Meet, if not exceed, claim deadline deliverables;Ensure compliance with relevant service level agreements and obligation to Codes; andProvide exceptional customer service to our clients.
