What You'll Be Doing: Comprehensive Assessment: You'll obtain and meticulously review medical, financial, investigative, and rehabilitation reports to ensure accurate claim assessment.Compliance Champion: You'll ensure that all legislative compliance timeframes are met, coupled with ongoing reviews of essential reports.Cost-Effective Solutions: Your expertise will help us adopt effective strategies to resolve claims efficiently, minimizing costs.Optimal Recovery: You'll facilitate early access to suitable rehabilitation, enabling injured claimants to achieve the best possible recovery.Exceptional Customer Service: Providing top-notch customer service is our priority. You'll be a vital link between the legislative authority, employers, injured workers, brokers and internal teams, ensuring timely responses and efficient processing.What You Bring to the Table: Experience that Counts: Previous experience in Workers Compensation claims, backed by a proven track record of delivering results.Empathy and Compassion: A genuine sense of compassion and empathy for our customers, understanding their unique situations.Communication Prowess: Excellent verbal communication skills, enabling you to build rapport, convey complex information, and negotiate effectively with various stakeholders, including claimants, third-party providers, external bodies, and internal teams.Administrative Skills: Outstanding administrative and written skills, leveraging Suncorp's technology systems and platforms to effectively manage all aspects of each claim within the framework of State legislation.Organisation Skills: An ability to operate effectively and efficiently in a dynamic environment by managing a high volume of tasks and activity through exceptional time management and priority planning strategies.Commitment and Integrity: A strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations and a high degree of integrity in all your interactions.What we can offer you Employee discounts and rewards - exclusive offers on more than 400 of Australia's large retailers including Myer, David Jones, Coles and Woolworths.
