Job DescriptionWe are currently hiring for Claims Case Manager roles. As a Claims Case Manager at GROW, you will: Ensure claim work items are completed within agreed SLAs and communicate any potential SLA risks ahead of time for corrective action to take place.Claims Case Management: Accountable for accurate management of own claim portfolio, ensuring compliance with SLAs, and adherence to business rules, life code, SIS Act and super code regulations.Quality Assurance – Take ownership to maintain the highest level of quality for your claim work items and collaborate with your leader to address any identified quality gaps.Incident Management - Ensure incidents are reported within SLA timeframes to your leader and when requested assist with incident remediation.Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Provide subject matter expert (SME) input for SOPs and ensure all SOP actions are completed within agreed timeframes.Complaint management – When requested, provide support in complaint management activities with internal and external stakeholders related to Insurance Claims and RG271.Additional InformationWhy you'll love working at GROW Birthday Leave - Take an extra day off per year on your birthday!Weekly Pay Cycle - No more waiting for PayDay!Hybrid Work Arrangement - We have a true hybrid arrangement!Exciting Discounts - Think movie tickets, gift cards & even electronics.Looking for a job can be stressful and we don't want you agonising over the wording of your cover letter, so don't include one.
