The Role

The Claims Adjuster will work as part of the Claims Department reporting to the National Head of Claims. The Claims Adjuster will be responsible for data entry on Graile, producing claims histories, policy documentation, office correspondence and assisting with managing electronic communications between service providers, brokers, insured's and interested 3rd parties including reinsurance notifications. Managing workflows in accordance with claims handling manual.

Essential;
2+ years experience within insurance industryProven knowledge and experience of claims process and principlesKnowledge of short tail claims, in particular motor claimsExperience working in a medium to large multinational companyGood knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication skillsDemonstrated problem solving skillsEngaged and curious learnerUnderstanding of the importance of;acting within authority, guidelines policies and proceduresrequirements of corporate auditing principles and processes
