About the roleWe have an opportunity for a Supervisor specialising in Landscaping and Environmental maintenance to join the team in a full-time, permanent capacity based at our Arundel depot. The Maintenance Civil Supervisor will provide overall co-ordination and supervision of works to ensure work is completed to the appropriate quality standards, within cost and time parameters.This is a great career opportunity that will provide stability and longevity whilst delivering meaningful work.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Work with Planners to schedule resources, plant and equipment, travel, and materials to execute the Maintenance Plan.Oversee day-to-day activities of work crews.Perform administrative tasks - timesheets, scoping documents, safety processes, completion documentation, etc.Providing coaching and support to crews.Reporting activities relating to works planned, completed, risks and issues, with a focus on ongoing improvement of processes to support delivery.

Additional RequirementsCert IV or higher Project Management qualifications.Leadership Qualifications (Cert IV Leadership & Management) highly regarded.Experience in the water sector or civil construction is desirable.Evidence of immunity or willingness to obtain vaccination to gain immunity to Hepatitis A & B.
