We are seeking Skilled and Qualified individuals for multiple roles with one of our leading Civil Construction clients.

DIDO Coal Mine Sites & Local Work in Mackay, QLD
Genuine Temp-to-Perm Positions
Multiple lifestyle rosters: 14 On: 7 Off, 8 On: 6 Off, and Local Work (Monday – Saturday)
12-hour shifts for maximum work-life balance

Civil Supervisors

Experience: 1-2 years in a Civil Supervisor role, OR 2-3 years as a Civil Leading Hand


Qualifications/Experience:

Construction White Card
Knowledge of Mining/Civil WHS systems, ability to read and execute designs and drawings.



Preferred: Standard 11 & Current Coal Board Medical
Bonus: Operating tickets and WHS expertise

Machine Operators

Positions: Final Trim/GPS Grader, Dozer, and Excavator Operators
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of Final Trim/GPS experience in Civil/Infrastructure or Main Roads Projects
Qualifications/Experience:

RII qualifications for Grader, Excavator, or Dozer
Construction White Card
Experience with culverts, dam building, and trimming batters

Preferred: Standard 11, Current Coal Board Medical
